P.01 // IDENTITY

Built on
Reality.

Why I build software, and why I help others build theirs.

Founder

Dawid Pawelec

FOUNDER

I founded Sofondo because I believe the best advice comes from doing the work.

We don't just recommend technologies; we use them to build our own products day in and day out. This means our strategies aren't theoretical—they are tested in the real world, on our own software.

This extends to how we communicate. By working directly with the person building your software, we eliminate the friction often found in traditional agency structures. We discuss your goals, and I implement them—without the distortion of intermediary layers.

02 // METHODOLOGY

The Operating System

Great software requires clarity. We eliminate the chaos of email chains and lost files with a strict, centralized process.

Single Source of Truth

Strategies, assets, and decisions live in one portal. We use tools like Bonsai and Notion to keep everything indexed. No hunting for PDF versions.

Visual QA

Feedback happens on the live site using MarkUp.io. You point, click, and comment directly on the interface. No spreadsheets of bug reports.

Continuous Staging

You don't guess progress; you see it. We use Vercel for continuous deployment, so you can test features on a live link as soon as they are built.

03 // COLLECTIVE

The Sofondo
Collective

While I lead the strategy, I ensure Sofondo has the capability to scale. I have cultivated a trusted network of vetted specialists who integrate seamlessly only when required.

Low Overhead

We operate with a lean structure. Your investment is applied directly to development and strategy, not agency administrative costs.

Right-Sized Team

We assemble the perfect team ensures you always have the right talent on the keyboard for the specific phase of your project.
